By visiting, installing, using, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and give explicit and informed consent to the processing of your information as described here.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by WikZ in the course of its business, including on our websites, mobile applications, and related offerings. Please note that WikZ is not responsible for the actions of third parties, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any services they may offer.

2) Information We Collect

The categories of information we collect depend on how you use the Services.

2.1 Information Collected from Third Parties (Apple / Google Sign-In)

If you use the Services through third-party platforms or sign-in providers (such as Apple or Google), we may receive certain information from them depending on your settings, such as:

• A platform user identifier/token necessary to authenticate you
• Basic profile/account metadata provided by that platform (if any)

2.2 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you provide when you:

• Register and create an account
• Choose a username and avatar
• Contact support via email or our contact form

• Avatar selection
• Support messages and related information you voluntarily provide

2.3 Device and Technical Information

2.5 Crash Reports and Diagnostics

We collect crash logs and diagnostic events (including log, warning, and error data) to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

2.6 Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

However, third-party payment processors/platforms may share non-financial purchase information with us (e.g., items purchased, subscription status, purchase confirmations) to fulfill your order, provide entitlements, prevent fraud, support analytics, and provide customer support.

2.7 Approximate Location

We may collect approximate (coarse) location, for example based on IP address or device settings, for analytics, localization, fraud prevention, and service optimization. We do not collect precise GPS location.

2.8 Notifications

The game may request permission to send notifications (including time-sensitive notifications where supported). You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

3) How We Use Information

We collect, store, use, and process information to:

• Provide and operate the Services (authentication, gameplay, referrals, leaderboards)
• Deliver purchases/subscriptions and in-game entitlements
• Improve performance, stability, and user experience
• Perform analytics and understand usage trends

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense.

• Hosting/backend infrastructure (currently Firebase; may change)

If you participate in public features such as leaderboards, other users may be able to see your public profile elements (e.g., username, avatar) and gameplay performance (e.g., scores/rankings).

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or transition of service, information may be transferred as part of that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

We operate globally and may store and process information in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

By using the Services and providing information to us, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in these locations.

Deletion requests: If you request deletion of the personal information that WikZ controls, we will delete such information from WikZ systems within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal or legitimate purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correct, erase, restrict processing of, or object to the processing of your personal information.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
